Camp Details:

Jesuit Camp is designed to be a fun experience where campers leave excited about the sport of wrestling. Our goal is to implement a schedule that is balanced between fun activities and serious skill instruction. Every outstanding wrestler possess solid fundamentals.

Camp philosophy:

To provide young men of all backgrounds, from state champions to beginners, with the ability to learn new techniques and improve upon their skill level to help them excel.

8:30-9:00 Warm-Up/Stretch

9:00-10:00 Neutral Drills

10:00-10:30 Top Drills

10:30-11:00 Bottom Drills

11:00-11:30 Wrestling Games/Combative Drills

11:30-12:15 Live Wrestling 

12:15-12:30 Talk/Dismissal

All camps will be held on the campus of Jesuit High School in wrestling room facility
