2024 JESUIT ATHLETIC CONDITIONING CAMP (J.A.C.C.)
For incoming Jesuit freshman only (Class of 2028)
PURPOSE: The Jesuit Athletic Conditioning Camp (J.A.C.C.) is a 6 week athletic performance camp designed to give our new students a basic understanding of strength and conditioning training while promoting the mental and physical benefits of exercise. The camp will focus on learning how to properly perform Olympic style lifts (Bench, Squat, and Power Cleans), agility exercises, and plyometric training.
Who: Open to all incoming freshmen, on a first come first serve basis, regardless of intent to play Jesuit athletics.
What to Bring: Athletic Shoes, Cleats, Shorts, and T-Shirt (J.A.C.C. T-shirt will be provided). Water will be provided by the Jesuit athletic trainer but campers are welcome to bring their own drinks.

Date(s): June 3rd - July 18th (Monday - Thursday 2:30-4:00 PM)
* No camp July 4th week (July 1st - 7th)
Cost: $300
This camp will be limited to 120 campers.
Typical Week:
Monday - Flex and Form/Upper Body Lifts/Speed Development
Tuesday - Flex and Form/Lower Body Lifts/Plyometric Training
Wednesday - Flex and Form/Upper Body Lifts/Speed Development
Thursday - Flex and Form/Lower Body Lifts/Plyometric Training
Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued once camp begins.
